The Qur'an

fruit   (as) provision,   they (will) say,   "This (is)  the one which   we were provided   from  

what   (did) intend   Allah   by this  example?   He lets go astray   by it  

then He said,   "Inform Me   of (the) names   (of) these,  if   you are   truthful."  

you [both] wish.   But do not   [you two] approach   this  [the] tree,   lest you [both] be   of  

And when   We said,   "Enter   this  town,   then eat   from  

with their (own) hands   then,   they say,   "This  (is)   from   Allah,"  

Then   you   (are) those  (who) kill   yourselves   and evict  

Ibrahim,   "My Lord   make   this  a city   secure   and provide  

He said,   "How   (will) bring to life   this (town)  Allah   after   its death?"  

"O Maryam!   From where   for you   (is) this?"  She said,   "This   (is)  

(is) my Lord   and your Lord,   so worship Him.   This  (is) the path   straight."  

Indeed   this,  surely it (is)   the narration -   [the] true.  

Here you are -   those who  argued   about what   [for] you  

with Ibrahim   (are) those who   follow him   and this  [the] Prophet   and those who   believe[d].  

(of) what   they spend   in   this  [the] life   (of) the world   (is) like (the) example  

and they come upon you   [of]   suddenly,   [this]  will reinforce you   your Lord   with five  

This  (is) a declaration   for the people   and guidance  

twice of it,   you said,   "From where   (is) this?"  Say,   "It   (is)  

"Our Lord,   not   You have created   this  (in) vain.   Glory be to You,   so save us  

and We bring   you   against   these (people)  (as) a witness.  

and they say   for those who   disbelieve[d]   "These  (are) better guided   than   those who  

"Our Lord   take us out   of   this  [the] town   [the] oppressor(s)   (are) its people  

befalls them   any good   they say,   "This  (is)   from   Allah."  

befalls them   any evil   they say,   "This  (is)   (from) you."   Say,  

from   Allah."   So what (is wrong)   (with) these  [the] people,   not   do they seem  

that,   not   to   these  and not   to   those.  

these   and not   to   those.  And whoever   has been lead astray   (by) Allah -  

that   I can be   like   this  [the] crow   and hide   (the) dead body  

saying,   "If   you are given   this  [so] take it   but if   not  

And will say   those who   believe,   "Are these  those who   swore   by Allah  

disbelieved   among them   "Not   (is) this  but   magic,   clear."  

Will say   Allah,   "This  Day   will profit   the truthful  

those who   disbelieved,   "Not   (is) this  but   magic,   clear."  

and between you,   and has been revealed   to me   this  [the] Quran   that I may warn you   with it  

those who   disbelieved,   "Not   (is) this  but   (the) tales   (of) the former (people)."  

their Lord.   He (will) say,   "Is not   this  the truth?"   They will say,   "Yes,  

some of them   with others   that they say,   "Are these  (whom has been) favored   (by) Allah   [upon them]  

"If   He saves us   from   this,  surely we will be   from   the grateful ones."  

he saw   a star.   He said,   "This  (is) my Lord."   But when   it set,  

the moon   rising   he said,   "This  (is) my Lord."   But when   it set  

the sun   rising   he said,   "This (is)  my Lord,   this (is)   greater."  

he said,   "This (is)   my Lord,   this (is)  greater."   But when   it set,  

But if   disbelieve   in it   these,  then indeed,   We have entrusted   it  

And this  (is) a Book,   We have revealed it,   blessed,  

And this  (is the) way   (of) your Lord -   straight.  

and warning you   (of the) meeting   (of) your day,   this?"  They will say,   "We bear witness   against  

and the cattle   a share   and they say,   "This  (is) for Allah,"   by their claim,   "And this  

"This   (is) for Allah,"   by their claim,   "And this  (is) for our partners."   But what   is  

And they say,   "These  (are) cattle   and crops,   forbidden,  

"What   (is) in   (the) wombs   (of) these  cattle   (is) exclusively   for our males  

when   enjoined you   Allah   with this?  Then who   (is) more unjust   than (one) who  

that   Allah   prohibited   this."  Then if   they testify   then (do) not  

And that,   this  (is) My path,   straight,   so follow it.  

And this  (is) a Book   We have revealed it -   blessed,  

you both wish,   but (do) not   approach [both of you]   this  [the] tree   lest you both be   among  

forbid you both   your Lord   from   this  [the] tree   except   that  

(the) last of them   about the first of them,   "Our Lord,   these  misled us   so give them   punishment,  

(is) for Allah,   the One Who   guided us   to this,  and not   we were   to receive guidance  

Are these  the ones whom   you had sworn   (that) not  

they forgot   (the) meeting   (of) their day,   this,  and [what]   (as) they used to   with Our Verses  

a clear proof   from   your Lord,   This  (is) a she-camel   (of) Allah   (it is) for you  

(the) people   (of) Firaun,   "Indeed,   this  (is) surely a magician -   learned.  

I give permission   to you.   Indeed,   this  (is) surely a plot   you have plotted it   in  

the good   they said,   "For us   (is) this."  And if   afflicts them   bad,  

Indeed   these,  destroyed   (is) what   they  

And ordain   for us   in   this  [the] world,   good   and in  

it was said   to them,   "Live   (in) this  city   and eat   from it  

the Book   taking   goods   (of) this  the lower (life)   and they say,   "It will be forgiven  

"Indeed,   we were   about   this  unaware."  

to me   from   my Lord.   This (is)  enlightenment   from   your Lord  

we wish   surely, we could say   like   this.  Not   is this   but  

like   this.   Not   is this  but   tales   (of) the former (people)."  

"O Allah!   If   was   this  [it]   the truth   [of]  

their hearts   (was) a disease,   "(Had) deluded   these (people)  their religion."   But whoever   puts (his) trust  

Al-Masjid Al-Haraam   after   this, their (final) year.   this, their (final) year.  And if   you fear   poverty,  

their foreheads   and their flanks   and their backs,   "This  (is) what   you hoarded   for yourselves,  

say,   "Which of you   (has) increased [it]   (by) this  (in) faith?"   As for   those who  

Said   the disbelievers,   "Indeed,   this  (is) surely a magician   obvious."  

"Bring us   a Quran   other (than)   this  or   change it."   Say,  

and not   benefit them,   and they say,   "These  (are) our intercessors   with   Allah."  

(saying), "If   You save us   from   this,  surely we will be   among   the thankful."  

And not   is   this  the Quran,   that   (it could be) produced  

And they say,   "When   (will) this,  the promise (be fulfilled),   if   you are  

you have   any   authority   for this.  Do you say   about   Allah  

from Us,   they said,   "Indeed   this  (is) surely, a magic   clear."  

when   it has come to you?   Is this magic?   Is this magic?  But (will) not   succeed   the magicians."  

those who   disbelieved,   "This is not   "This is not  but   a magic   clear."  

their Lord,   and will say   the witnesses,   "These (are)  those who   lied   against  

your people   from   before   this.  So be patient;   indeed,   the end  

And they were followed   in   this  world   (with) a curse   and (on the) Day  

among us   the one in whom hope was placed   before   this.  Do you forbid us   that   we worship  

And O my people!   This  she-camel   (of) Allah   (is) for you  

Shall I bear a child   while I am   an old woman   and this,  my husband,   (is) an old man?   Indeed,  

my husband,   (is) an old man?   Indeed,   this  (is) surely a thing   amazing."  

O Ibrahim!   Turn away   from   this.  Indeed, it   certainly   has come,  

for them   (and) uneasy,   and said,   "This  (is) a day   distressful."  

the evil deeds.   He said,   "O my people!   These  (are) my daughters,   they   (are) purer  

And they were followed   in   this  (by) a curse   and (on the) Day   (of) the Resurrection.  

doubt   as to what   worship   these (polytheists).  Not   they worship   except  

your heart.   And has come to you   in   this  the truth   and an admonition   and a reminder  

in what   We have revealed   to you   (of) this  the Quran,   although   you were,  

to him,   "Surely, you will inform them   about this affair,   about this affair,  while they   (do) not   perceive."  

his bucket.   He said,   "O good news!   This  (is) a boy."   And they hid him   (as) a merchandise.  

Yusuf,   turn away   from   this.  And ask forgiveness   for your sin.   Indeed, you  

"Forbid   Allah,   not   (is) this  a man   not   (is) this  

(is) this   a man   not   (is) this  but   an angel   noble."  

"O our father!   What   (could) we desire?   This  (is) our merchandise   returned   to us.  

He said,   "I am   Yusuf   and this  (is) my brother.   Indeed,   Allah has been gracious  

Go   with this shirt of mine   with this shirt of mine  and cast it   over   (the) face  

prostrate.   And he said,   "O my father!   This  (is the) interpretation   (of) my dream,   (of) before.  

Say,   "This  (is) my way;   I invite   to  

Ibrahim,   "My Lord!   Make   this  city   safe,   and keep me away  

This  (is) a Message   for the mankind,   that they may be warned  

He said,   "This  (is) the way   to Me   straight.  

the matter   that   (the) root   (of) these  would be cut off   (by) early morning.  

He said,   "Indeed,   these  (are) my guests,   so (do) not   shame me.  

He said,   "These  (are) my daughters   if   you would be  

For those who   do good   in   this  world   (is) a good,   and the home  

their partners.   They will say,   "Our Lord,   these  (are) our partners   those whom   we used to  

you   (as) a witness   over   these.  And We sent down   to you   the Book  

they refer   to him   (is) foreign   while this  (is) a language   Arabic   clear.  

assert   your tongues,   the lie,   "This  (is) lawful   and this   (is) forbidden,"  

the lie,   "This   (is) lawful   and this  (is) forbidden,"   so that you invent   about  

Indeed,   this,  the Quran,   guides   to that  

(To) each   We extend   (to) these  and (to) these,   from   (the) gift  

(To) each   We extend   (to) these   and (to) these,  from   (the) gift   (of) your Lord.  

And verily,   We have explained   in   this  the Quran,   that they may take heed,   but not  

He said,   "Do You see   this  whom   You have honored,   above me?  

And whoever   is   in   this (world)  blind,   then he   in  

[that]   bring   the like   (of) this  Quran,   not   they (could) bring  

We have explained   to mankind   in   this  Quran   from   every  

you have known   none   has sent down   these  except   (the) Lord   (of) the heavens  

if   not   they believe   in this  [the] narration,   (in) grief.  

These,  our people,   have taken   besides Him  

So send   one of you   with this silver coin of yours   with this silver coin of yours  to   the city,   and let him see  

my Lord   to a nearer (way)   than   this  right way."  

I think   that   will perish   this  ever.  

and they will say,   "Oh, woe to us!   What (is) for   this  [the] Book,   not   leaves  

And certainly,   We have explained   in   this  the Quran   for mankind   of  

we have suffered   in   our journey   this,  fatigue."  

He said,   "This  (is) parting   between me   and between you.  

He said,   "This  (is) a mercy   from   my Lord.  

"O! I wish   I (had) died   before   this  and I was   (in) oblivion,   forgotten."  

(is) my Lord   and your Lord,   so worship Him.   This  (is) a path   straight."  

(are) decreeing.   Only   you can decree   (for) this  life   (of) the world.  

it had   a lowing sound,   and they said,   "This  (is) your god   and the god   (of) Musa,  

Then We said,   "O Adam!   Indeed,   this  (is) an enemy   to you   and to your wife.  

those who   [they] wronged,   "Is   this  except   a human being   like you?  

Say,   "Bring   your proof.   This  (is) a Reminder   (for those) who   (are) with me,  

they take you   except   (in) ridicule,   "Is this  the one who   mentions   your gods?"  

And they say,   "When (will be fulfilled)   this  promise,   if   you are  

Nay,   We gave provision   (to) these  and their fathers   until   grew long  

And this  (is) a Reminder   blessed,   which We (have) revealed.  

to his father   and his people,   "What   (are) these  [the] statues   which   you  

They said,   "Who   (has) done   this  to our gods?   Indeed, he   (is) of  

They said,   "Have you   done   this  to our gods   O Ibrahim?"  

"Nay,   (some doer) did it.   Their chief   (is) this.  So ask them   if   they (can)  

"Verily,   you know   not   these  (can) speak!"  

Indeed,   this  (is) your religion -   religion   one,  

in   heedlessness   of   this;  nay,   we were   wrongdoers."  

If   were   these  gods,   not   they (would) have come to it.  

[the] greatest,   and will meet them   the Angels,   "This  (is) your Day   which   you were  

Indeed,   in   this  surely is a Message   for a people,   worshippers.  

before   before   and in   this,  that may be   the Messenger   a witness  

among   his people,   "This is not   "This is not  but   a man   like you,  

Angels.   Not   we heard   of this  from   our forefathers.   our forefathers.  

the life   (of) the world,   "Not   (is) this  but   a man   like you.  

And indeed   this,  your religion,   (is) religion   one.  

(are) in   confusion   over   this,  and for them   (are) deeds   besides  

we have been promised   [we]   and our forefathers   this  before;   before;   not  

before;   before;   not   (is) this  but   (the) tales   (of) the former (people)."  

good of themselves   good of themselves   and say,   "This  (is) a lie   clear?"  

for us   that   we speak   of this.  Glory be to You!   This   (is) a slander  

we speak   of this.   Glory be to You!   This  (is) a slander   great?"  

those who   disbelieve,   "Not   this  (is) but   a lie,   he invented it  

And they say,   "Why does   this  Messenger   eat   [the] food  

"Did you   [you] mislead   My slaves   these  or   they   went astray  

Indeed,   my people   took   this  the Quran   (as) a forsaken thing."  

they take you   except   (in) mockery,   "Is this  the one whom   Allah has sent   Allah has sent  

(is) the One Who   (has) released   the two seas   [this] (one)  palatable   and sweet   and [this] (one)  

[this] (one)   palatable   and sweet   and [this] (one)  salty   (and) bitter,   and He has made  

to the chiefs   around him,   "Indeed,   this  (is) surely a magician   learned.  

"Indeed,   these  (are) certainly a band   small  

Not   (is) this  but   (the) custom   (of) the former (people),  

He said,   "This  (is) a she-camel.   For her   (is a share of) drink,  

Our Signs   visible,   they said,   "This  (is) a magic   manifest."  

every   thing.   Indeed,   this  surely, it   (is) the favor   evident."  

Go   with my letter,   this,  and deliver it   to them.   Then  

placed   before him,   he said,   "This  (is) from   (the) Favor   (of) my Lord,  

Certainly,   we have been promised   this,  we   and our forefathers   before.  

before.   before.   Not   (is) this  except   tales   (of) the former (people)."  

And they say,   "When   (will) this  promise (be fulfilled),   if   you are  

Indeed,   this  [the] Quran   relates   to  

that   I worship   (the) Lord   (of) this  city,   the One Who   made it sacred  

therein   two men   fighting each other;   this  of   his party   and this  

this   of   his party   and this  of   his enemy.   And called him for help  

and killed him.   and killed him.   He said,   "This (is)  of   (the) deed   (of) Shaitaan.  

clear,   they said,   "Not   (is) this  except   a magic   invented,  

invented,   and not   we heard   of this  among   our forefathers."   our forefathers."  

And We caused to follow them   in   this  world   a curse,   and (on the) Day  

against whom   the Word,   "Our Lord!   These  (are) those whom   we led astray.   We led them astray  

"Indeed, we   (are) going to destroy   (the) people   (of) this  town.   Indeed,   its people  

(will) bring down   on   (the) people   (of) this  town   a punishment   from  

believe   therein.   And among   these  (are some) who   believe   therein.  

And not   (is) this  life   (of) the world   but  

until   (the) Day   (of) Resurrection.   And this  (is the) Day   (of) the Resurrection   but you  

We (have) set forth   for mankind   in   this -  [the] Quran   of   every  

This  (is the) creation   (of) Allah.   So show Me  

you forgot   (the) meeting,   (of) this Day of yours.   (of) this Day of yours.  Indeed, We   have forgotten you.   And taste  

And they say,   "When (will be)   this  decision,   if   you are  

the believers   the confederates,   they said,   "This  (is) what   Allah promised us   Allah promised us  

And they say,   "When   (is) this  promise,   if   you are  

disbelieve,   "Never will   we believe   in this  Quran   and not   in (that) which  

then   He will say   to the Angels,   "Were these you  "Were these you   they were   worshipping?"  

clear   they say,   "Not   (is) this  but   a man   who wishes  

your forefathers."   And they say,   "Not   (is) this  except   a lie   invented."  

when   it came to them,   "Not   (is) this  except   a magic   obvious."  

And not   are alike   the two seas.   This  (is) fresh,   sweet,   pleasant  

sweet,   pleasant   its drink,   and this  salty   (and) bitter.   And from  

And they say,   "When (is)   this  promise,   if   you are  

has raised us   from   our sleeping place?"   "This (is)  what   (had) promised   the Most Gracious,  

And that   you worship Me?   This  (is) a Path   Straight.  

This (is)  (the) Hell   which   you were  

And they say,   "Not   (is) this  except   a magic   clear.  

And they will say,   "O woe to us!   This  (is the) Day   (of) the Recompense."  

"This  (is the) Day   (of) Judgment   which  

Indeed,   this  surely   (is) the attainment   great.  

For (the) like   (of) this,  let work   the workers.  

Indeed,   this  (was) surely [it]   the trial   clear.  

from themselves.   And said   the disbelievers,   "This  (is) a magician,   a liar.  

(into) one god?   (into) one god?   Indeed   this  (is) certainly a thing   curious."  

over   your gods.   Indeed,   this  (is) certainly a thing   intended.  

Not   we heard   of this  in   the religion   the last.  

the religion   the last.   Not   (is) this  but   a fabrication.  

And not   await   these  but   a shout   one;  

Indeed,   this  (is) my brother,   he has   ninety-nine  

"This  (is) Our gift,   so grant   or  

"Strike   with your foot.   This  (is a spring of) water to bathe,   cool   and a drink."  

This  (is) a Reminder.   And indeed,   for the righteous  

This  (is) what   you are promised   for (the) Day  

Indeed,   this  (is) surely Our provision;   not   for it  

This (is so)!  And indeed,   for the transgressors   surely (is) an evil  

This (is so)!  Then let them taste it,   boiling fluid   and purulence.  

This  (is) a company   bursting   (in) with you.  

whoever   brought   upon us   this;  increase for him   a punishment   double  

For those who   do good   in   this  world   (is) good,   and the earth  

We have set forth   for people   in   this  Quran   of   every  

And those who   have wronged   of   these,  will strike them   (the) evils   (of) what  

and warning you   (of the) meeting   (of) your Day   this?"  They (will) say,   "Yes!"   But  

O my people!   Only   this,  the life   (of) the world,   (is) enjoyment,  

disbelieve,   "(Do) not   listen   to this  Quran,   and make noise   therein,  

an adversity   (has) touched him,   he will surely say,   "This (is)  (due) to me   and not   I think  

the One Who   (has) subjected   to us   this,  and not   we were   of it  

Nay,   I gave enjoyment   (to) these  and their forefathers   until   came to them  

came to them   the truth,   they said,   "This  (is) magic,   and indeed, we   of it  

And they say,   "Why not   was sent down   this  the Quran   to   a man,  

for me   (the) kingdom   (of) Egypt   and these  [the] rivers   flowing   underneath me?  

am I   better   than   this,  one who -   he   (is) insignificant  

(be) doubtful   about it,   and follow Me.   This  (is the) Path   Straight.  

(is) my Lord   and your Lord,   so worship Him.   This  (is) a Path   Straight."  

And his saying,   "O my Lord!   Indeed,   these  (are) a people   (who do) not   believe."  

Enveloping   the people.   This  (will be) a punishment   painful.  

So he called   his Lord,   "That   these  (are) a people   criminals."  

Indeed,   these  surely, they say,  

Indeed,   this  (is) what   you used to   [about it]  

This  (is) guidance.   And those who   disbelieve  

This  (is) enlightenment   for mankind   and guidance  

This,  Our Record,   speaks   about you  

you forgot   (the) meeting   (of) this Day of yours,   (of) this Day of yours,  and your abode   (is) the Fire,   and not  

a book   from   before   this  or   a trace   of  

of the truth   when   it comes to them,   "This  (is) a magic   clear."  

they (are) guided   by it,   they say,   "This  (is) a lie   ancient."  

(of) Musa   (as) a guide   and a mercy.   And this  (is) a Book   confirming,   (in) language  

(is) true."   But he says,   "Not   (is) this  but   (the) stories   (of) the former (people)."  

approaching   their valleys,   they said,   "This  (is) a cloud   bringing us rain."   Nay,  

to   the Fire,   "Is not   this  the truth?"   They will say,   "Yes  

Here you are -   these,  called   to spend   in  

that you will take it,   and He has hastened   for you   this  and has withheld   (the) hands   (of) the people  

from them.   So say   the disbelievers,   "This  (is) a thing   amazing.  

in   heedlessness   of   this.  So We have removed   from you   your cover,  

And (will) say   his companion,   "This  (is) what   (is) with me   ready."  

"This  (is) what   you were promised,   for everyone  

"Taste   your trial.   This  (is) what   you were   for it  

"This  (is) the Fire   which   you used to  

Then is this magic,   Then is this magic,  or   you   (do) not  

Or   command them   their minds   this,  or   they   (are) a people  

This  (is) a warner,   from   the warners  

Then of   this  statement   you wonder?  

the caller.   Will say   the disbelievers,   "This  (is) a Day   difficult."  

This  (is) Hell   which   deny  

This  (is) their hospitality   (on the) Day   (of) Judgment.  

Then is it to this  statement   that you   (are) indifferent?  

Indeed,   this  surely, it   (is the) truth   certain.  

If   We (had) sent down   this  Quran   on   a mountain,  

he came to them   with clear proofs,   they said,   "This  (is) a magic   clear."  

she said,   "Who   informed you   this?"  He said,   "Has informed me   the All-Knower,  

Who is   this,  the one,   he   (is) an army  

Who is   this,  the one,   to provide you   if  

And they say,   "When   (is) this  promise,   if   you are  

(of) those who   disbelieved,   and it will be said,   "This  (is) that which   you used to   for it  

So leave Me   and whoever   denies   this  Statement,   We will progressively lead them   from  

Indeed,   this  (is) a Reminder,   then whoever   wills  

Then he said,   "Not   (is) this  but   magic   imitated.  

Not   (is) this  but   (the) word   (of) a human being."  

"What   (does) intend   Allah   by this  example?"   Thus   does let go astray  

"Indeed,   this  is   for you   a reward,  

Indeed,   these  love   the immediate,   and leave  

Indeed,   this  (is) a reminder,   so whoever   wills,  

This  (is) a Day   not   they will speak,  

This  (is the) Day   (of) Judgment;   We have gathered you  

Then   it will be said,   "This  (is) what   you used to   [of it]  

they saw them,   they said,   "Indeed,   these  surely have gone astray."  

Indeed,   this  surely (is) in   the Scriptures   [the] former,  

Nay!   I swear   by this  city,  

And you   (are) free (to dwell)   in this  city.  

And this  [the] city,   [the] secure,  

So let them worship   (the) Lord   (of) this  House,  

Here you are -   those who  [you] argue   for them   in
