The Qur'an

heavy,   We drive them   to a land,   dead,  then We send down   from it   the water  

That We may give life   thereby   (to) a land   dead  and We give drink   thereof   (to those) We created,  

Indeed,   that   surely He (will) give life   (to) the dead.  And He   (is) on   every  

and We drive them   to   a land   dead  and We revive   therewith   the earth  

And a Sign   for them   (is) the earth   dead.  We give it life   and We bring forth   from it  

the One Who   gives it life,   (is) surely the Giver of life   (to) the dead.  Indeed, He   (is) on   every  

then We revive   with it   a land   dead,  thus   you will be brought forth,  

eat   (the) flesh   (of) his brother,   dead?  Nay, you would hate it.   And fear Allah;   And fear Allah;  

and We give life   therewith   (to) a land   dead.  Thus   (will be) the coming forth.  

from   the thunderclaps   (in) fear (of)   [the] death.  And Allah   (is) [the One Who] encompasses   the disbelievers.  

(can) you disbelieve   in Allah?   While you were   dead  then He gave you life;   then   He will cause you to die,  

We revived you   from   after   your death,  so that you may   (be) grateful.  

Like this   revives   Allah   the dead,  and shows you   His Signs,   perhaps you may  

excluding   the mankind,   then wish   (for) [the] death,  if   you are   truthful."  

when   came to   Yaqub   [the] death,  when   he said   to his sons,  

in   (the) way   (of) Allah   "(They are) dead."  Nay,   (they are) alive   [and] but  

thereby   (to) the earth   after   its death,  and dispersing   therein   [of]  

Only   He has forbidden   to you   the dead animals,  and [the] blood,   and flesh,   (of) swine,  

when   approaches   any of you   [the] death,  if   he leaves   good  

and they   (were in) thousands   (in) fear   (of) [the] death?  Then said   to them   Allah,  

this (town)   Allah   after   its death?"  Then he was made to die   (by) Allah   (for) a hundred  

show me   how   You give life   (to) the dead."  He said,   "Have not   you believed?"  

and You bring forth   the living   from   the dead,  and You bring forth   the dead   from  

from   the dead,   and You bring forth   the dead  from   the living,   and You give provision  

the blind,   and the leper,   and I give life   (to) the dead  by (the) permission   (of) Allah.   And I inform you  

And certainly   you used to   wish   (for) death  from   before   [that]  

"Then avert   from   yourselves   [the] death  if   you are   truthful.  

in   (the) way   (of) Allah   (as) dead.  Nay!   They are alive,   near  

Every   soul   (will) taste   [the] death,  and only   you will be paid in full   your reward  

their houses   until   comes to them   [the] death  or   makes   Allah  

when   approaches   one of them   [the] death,  he says,   "Indeed I   repent  

Wherever   you be   will overtake you   [the] death  even if   you are   in  

and His Messenger,   then   overtakes him   [the] death,  then certainly   (became) incumbent   his reward  

surely he believes   in him   before   his death.  And (on the) Day   (of) the Resurrection   he will be  

Are made unlawful   on you   the dead animals,  and the blood,   and flesh   (of) the swine,  

when   approaches   one of you   [the] death,  (at the) time (of making)   [the] a will   two  

the earth   then befalls you   calamity   (of) [the] death.  Detain both of them   from   after  

by My permission,   and when   you bring forth   the dead  by My permission.   And when   I restrained  

respond   those who   listen.   But the dead -  will resurrect them   Allah   then  

when   comes   (to) anyone of you   the death  take him   Our messengers,   and they  

the wrongdoers   (are) in   agonies   (of) [the] death  while the Angels   (are) stretching out   their hands (saying),  

He brings forth   the living   from   the dead  and brings forth   the dead   from  

from   the dead   and brings forth   the dead  from   the living.   That  

to them   the Angels   and spoken to them   the dead  and We gathered   before them   every  

Is (one) who   was   dead  and We gave him life   and We made   for him  

our spouses.   But if   is   (born) dead,  then they (all)   in it   (are) partners."  

except   that   it be   dead  or   blood   poured forth  

my prayer,   and my rites of sacrifice,   and my living,   and my dying  (are) for Allah,   Lord   (of) the worlds.  

(of) fruits.   Thus   We will bring forth   the dead  so that you may   take heed.  

as if   they were driven   to   [the] death  while they   (were) looking.  

brings out   the living   from   the dead,  and brings forth   the dead   from  

from   the dead,   and brings forth   the dead  from   the living?   And who  

(will be) resurrected   after   after   [the] death,"  surely would say   those who   disbelieved,  

or   could be made to speak   by it   the dead.  Nay,   with Allah   (is) the command  

he will be near   (to) swallowing it.   And will come to him   the death  from   every   side,  

side,   but not   he   will die.  And ahead of him   And ahead of him   (is) a punishment  

(They are) dead  not alive.   not alive.   And not  

by it   (to) the earth   after   its death.  Indeed,   in   that  

Only   He has forbidden   to you   the dead animal  and the blood   and the flesh   (of) the swine,  

double   (in) the life,   and double   (after) the death.  Then   not   you (would) have found  

Every   soul   (will) taste   [the] death.  And We test you   with [the] bad   and [the] good  

(is) the Truth.   And that He   [He] gives life   (to) the dead,  and that He   (is) over   every  

indeed, you   after   that   surely (will) die. 

when   comes   (to) one of them   the death  he says,   "My Lord!   Send me back  

any benefit,   and not   they control   death  and not   life   and not  

Indeed, you   (can) not   cause to hear   the dead  and not   can you cause to hear   the deaf  

Every   soul   (will) taste   the death.  Then   to Us   you will be returned.  

(to) the earth   after   after   its death?"  Surely, they would say,   "Allah."   Say,  

He brings forth   the living   from   the dead  and He brings forth   the dead   from  

from   the dead   and He brings forth   the dead  from   the living,   and He gives life  

and He gives life   (to) the earth   after   its death,  and thus   you will be brought forth.  

therewith   (to) the earth   after   its death.  Indeed,   in   that  

He gives life   (to) the earth   after   its death.  Indeed,   that   surely He (will) give life  

So indeed, you   (can) not   make the dead hear   make the dead hear  and not   make the deaf hear   make the deaf hear  

Say,   "Will take your soul   (the) Angel   (of) the death  the one who   has been put in charge   of you.  

if   you flee   from   death  or   killing,   and then  

faints   faints   from   [the] death.  But when   departs   the fear,  

Then when   We decreed   for him   the death,  not   indicated to them   [on]  

not   indicated to them   [on]   his death  except   a creature   (of) the earth  

therewith   the earth   after   its death.  Thus   (will be) the Resurrection.  

equal   (are) the living   and not   the dead.  Indeed,   Allah   causes to hear  

Indeed, We   [We]   [We] give life   (to) the dead  and We record   what   they have sent before  

Then are not   we   (to) die, 

Except   our death  the first,   and not   we  

Indeed, you   will die  and indeed, they   (will also) die.  

Indeed, you   will die   and indeed, they   (will also) die. 

takes   the souls   (at the) time   (of) their death,  and the one who   (does) not   die  

the one whom,   He has decreed   for them   the death,  and sends   the others   for  

(is) the Protector,   and He   gives life   (to) the dead.  And He   (is) on   every  

"Not   it   (is) but   our death  the first   and not   we  

Not   they will taste   therein   the death  except   the death   the first.  

therein   the death   except   the death  the first.   And He will protect them   (from the) punishment  

thereby   (to) the earth   after   its death,  and (in) directing   (the) winds   (are) Signs  

righteous deeds   equal   (in) their life   and their death?  Evil is   what   they judge!  

to give life   to give life   to give life   (to) the dead?  Yes,   indeed He   (is) on  

(of) one fainting   (of) one fainting   from   the death.  But more appropriate   for them  

And will come   (the) stupor   (of) death  in truth,   "That   (is) what  

We   [We] have decreed   among you   the death  and not   We   (are) outrun,  

gives life   (to) the earth   after   its death.  Indeed,   We have made clear   to you  

excluding   the people,   then wish   (for) the death,  if   you are   truthful."  

Say,   "Indeed,   the death  which   you flee   from it,  

[that]   comes   (to) one of you   the death  and he says,   "My Lord!   Why not  

The One Who   created   death  and life   that He may test you,   which of you  

[over]   to   give life   (to) the dead? 

(For the) living   and (the) dead, 

for you   the religion,   so not   (should) you die  except   while you   (are) submissive."  

Indeed,   those who   disbelieve[d]   and die[d]  while they   (were) disbelievers,   those,  

among you   from   his religion,   then dies  while he   (is) a disbeliever   for those  

Then said   to them   Allah,   "Die;"  then   He restored them to life.   Indeed,  

Indeed,   those who   disbelieve[d]   and died  while they   (are) disbelievers,   then never  

(as is His) right   (that) He (should) be feared   and (do) not   die  except   [while you]   (as) Muslims.  

(out) of   [the] rage.   Say,   "Die  in your rage.   Indeed.   Allah  

before him   [the] (other) Messengers.   So if   he died  or   is slain   will you turn back  

is   for a soul   that   he dies  except   by (the) permission   (of) Allah,  

they had been   with us,   not   they (would have) died  and not   they (would have) been killed."   So makes  

(the) way   (of) Allah   or   die[d] -  certainly forgiveness   from   Allah  

And if   you die  or   are killed,   surely to  

now;"   and not   those who   die  while they   (are) disbelievers.   Those -  

"In it   you will live   and in it   you will die  and from it   you will be brought forth."  

for   any   of them   who dies,  ever,   and not   you stand  

disbelieved   in Allah   and His Messenger,   and died  while they were   defiantly disobedient.  

(in) evil   to   their evil.   And they die  while they   (are) disbelievers.  

Allah will not resurrect   Allah will not resurrect   (one) who   dies.  Nay,   (it is) a promise   upon Him  

(the) day   he was born   and (the) day   he dies  and (the) day   he will be raised   alive.  

(of) the date-palm.   She said,   "O! I wish   I (had) died  before   this   and I was  

(the) day   I was born   and (the) day   I will die  and (the) Day   I will be raised   alive."  

[the] man,   "What! When   "What! When   I am dead,  surely will   I be brought forth   alive?"  

for him   (is) Hell.   Not   he will die  in it   and not   live.  

before you   [the] immortality;   so if   you die,  then (would) they   live forever?  

then   were killed   or   died,  surely, Allah will provide them   surely, Allah will provide them   a provision  

Does he promise you -   that you   when   you are dead  and you become   dust   and bones  

(is) but   our life   (of) the world,   we die  and we live,   and not   we  

They said,   "What! When   we are dead  and become   dust   and bones,  

the Ever-Living,   the One Who   does not die,   does not die,  and glorify   with His Praise.   And sufficient is  

any soul   in what   land   it will die.  Indeed,   Allah   (is) All-Knower  

Not   is decreed   for them   that they die,  and not   will be lightened   for them  

Is it when   we are dead  and have become   dust   and bones,  

Is (it) when   we have died  and become   dust   and bones,  

(of) their death,   and the one who   (does) not   die  in   their sleep.   Then He keeps  

(is) but   our life   (of) the world,   we die  and we live,   and not   destroys us  

(the) way   (of) Allah,   then   died  while they   (were) disbelievers,   never  

What! When   we die  and have become   dust.   That  

And they used (to)   say,   "When   we die  and become   dust   and bones,  

Then   not   he will die  therein   and not   will live.  

dead   then He gave you life;   then   He will cause you to die,  then   He will give you life,   then  

"My Lord   (is) the One Who   grants life   and causes death."  He said,   "I   give life  

He said,   "I   give life   and cause death."  Said   Ibrahim,   "[Then] indeed  

Allah   after   its death?"   Then he was made to die  (by) Allah   (for) a hundred   year(s),  

their hearts.   And Allah   gives life   and causes death,  and Allah   of what   you do  

except   Him,   He gives life   and causes death.  So believe   in Allah   and His Messenger,  

(of) the heavens   and the earth,   He gives life,   and He causes death.  And not   for you   besides Allah  

He   gives life   and causes death,  and to Him   you will be returned.  

And indeed, We,   surely [We]   We give life   and We cause death,  and We   (are) the Inheritors.  

(is) the One Who   gave you life   then   He will cause you to die  then   He will give you life (again).   Indeed,  

And He   (is) the One Who   gives life   and causes death  and for Him   (is the) alternation   (of) the night  

And the One Who   will cause me to die  then   he will give me life,  

then   He provided (for) you,   then   He will cause you to die  then   He will give you life.   Is (there)  

They (will) say,   "Our Lord!   You gave us death  twice   and You gave us life   twice,  

He   (is) the One Who   gives life   and causes death.  And when   He decrees   a matter,  

except   Him;   He gives life   and causes death,  your Lord   and (the) Lord   (of) your fathers  

"Allah   gives you life,   then   causes you to die;  then   He will gather you   to  

Indeed, We   [We]   [We] give life   and [We] cause death,  and to Us   (is) the final return.  

And that He   [He]   causes death  and gives life.  

(of) the heavens   and the earth,   He gives life   and causes death,  and He   (is) over   all  

Then   He causes him to die  and provides a grave for him,
