Allah   is   Oft-Pardoning,   All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

over   every   thing   (is) All-Powerful? 

on   every   thing   (is) All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

And make provision for them -   upon   the wealthy   according to his means  and upon   the poor   according to his means -  

according to his means   and upon   the poor   according to his means -  a provision   in a fair manner,   a duty  

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful." 

on   every   thing   (is) All-Powerful. 

(are) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful." 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

Allah   over   that   All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

Say,   "Indeed   Allah   (is) Able  [on]   to   send down  

Say,   "He   (is) All-Capable  [on]   to   send  

they appraised   Allah   (with) true   [of his] appraisal  when   they said,   "Not  

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

and think   its people   that they   have the power  over it,   comes (to) it   Our command  

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful." 

And every   thing   with Him   (is) in due proportion. 

water   and flows   the valleys   according to their measure,  and carries   the torrent   a foam  

and not   We send it down   except   in a measure  known.  

Indeed,   Allah   (is) All-Knowing,   All-Powerful. 

on   every   thing   (is) All-Powerful. 

created   the heavens   and the earth   (is) Able  [on]   to   create  

Then   you came   at   the decreed (time)  O Musa!  

(is) over   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

Allah   for   their victory   (is) surely Able. 

they (have) estimated   Allah   (with) due   [His] estimation.  Indeed,   Allah   (is) surely All-Strong,  

from   the sky   water,   in (due) measure  then We cause it to settle   in   the earth.  

on   taking it away,   taking it away,   surely (are) Able. 

We show you   what   We have promised them   surely able. 

on   every   thing   (is) All-Powerful. 

and marriage relationship.   And is   your Lord   All-Powerful. 

on   every   thing   (is) All-Powerful." 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

He wills,   and He   (is) the All-Knower   the All-Powerful. 

in   a Day,   (the) measure of which is   (the) measure of which is  a thousand   years   of what  

on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

And is   (the) Command   (of) Allah   a decree  destined.

and statues   and bowls   like reservoirs   and cooking-pots  fixed.   "Work,   O family  

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

Indeed, He   is   All-Knower,   All-Powerful. 

created   the heavens   and the earth   Able  to   [that]   create  

they appraised   Allah   (with) true   appraisal,  while the earth   entirely   (will be) in His Grip  

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

the earth;   but   He sends down   in (due) measure  what   He wills.   Indeed, He  

their gathering,   when   He wills,   All-Powerful. 

barren.   Indeed, He   (is) All-Knower,   All-Powerful. 

from   the sky   water   in (due) measure,  then We revive   with it   a land  

and (was) not   tired   by their creation,   (is) able  to give life   to give life   to give life  

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

over   all   things   All-Powerful. 

every   thing   We created it   by a measure. 

(is) over   all   things   All-Powerful. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

among them   love.   And Allah   (is) All-Powerful.  And Allah   (is) Oft-Forgiving,   Most Merciful.  

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

Allah   for every   thing   a measure. 

(is) on   every   thing   All-Powerful.  And that,   Allah   indeed,  

(are) over   every   thing   All-Powerful." 

(is) over   every   thing   All-Powerful. 

And they went early   with   determination   able. 

in   a Day,   [is]   its measure  (is) fifty   thousand   year(s).  

(of) the risings   and the settings,   that We   (are) surely Able 

Nay!   (We are) Able  on   that   We can restore  

Is not   [that]   (He) Able  [over]   to   give life  

For   a period  known.  

So We measured,   and Best   (are We to) measure! 

Indeed, He   to   return him   (is) Able. 

revealed it   in   (the) Night   (of) Power. 

can make you know   what   (the) Night   (of) Power (is)? 

(The) Night   (of) Power  (is) better   than   a thousand  

and the moon   (for) reckoning.   That   (is the) ordaining  (of) the All-Mighty,   the All-Knowing.  

every   thing,   and determined it   (with) determination. 

to a term appointed   for it.   That   (is the) Decree  (of) the All-Mighty,   the All-Knowing.  

with lamps   and (to) guard.   That   (is the) Decree  (of) the All-Mighty,   the All-Knower.  

of   silver.   They will determine its   measure. 

over   every   thing   (is) All Able. 

We have promised them,   then indeed, We   over them   have full power. 

so We seized them   (with) a seizure   (of) All-Mighty,   (the) Powerful One. 

(of) honor   near   a King   Most Powerful. 

then left it   bare.   Not   they have control  on   anything   of what  

from   before   that   you overpower  [over] them,   then know   that  

And not   they appraised  Allah   (with) true   [of his] appraisal  

the provision   for whom   He wills   and restricts.  And they rejoice   in the life   (of) the world  

a day   stormy.   No   control (they have)  of what   they have earned   on  

(of) a slave   (who is) owned,   not   he has power  on   anything   and (one) whom  

one of them   (is) dumb,   not   he has power  on   anything,   while he  

the provision   for whom   He wills,   and straitens.  Indeed, He   is   of His slaves  

and thought   that   never   We would decree  upon him.   Then he called   in  

Not   they (have) estimated  Allah   (with) due   [His] estimation.  

He wills   of   His slaves,   and restricts it.  If not   that   Allah had favored  

He wills   of   His slaves   and restricts  for him.   Indeed,   Allah  

the provision   for whom   He wills   and straitens (it).  Indeed,   in   that  

the provision   for whom   He wills   and restricts,  but   most   [the] people  

He wills   of   His slaves   and restricts  for him.   But what   you spend  

the provision   for whom   He wills   and restricts.  Indeed,   in   that  

And not   they appraised  Allah   (with) true   appraisal,  

the provision   for whom   He wills   and restricts.  Indeed, He   of every   thing  

And others,   not   you had power  over them   surely   Allah encompassed  

for   a matter   already   predestined. 

(the) People   (of) the Book   that not   they have power  over   anything   from  

from   his ample means,   and (he) who,   is restricted  on him   his provision,   let him spend  

So We measured,  and Best   (are We to) measure!  

when   does   He try him   and restricts  for him   his provision,   then he says  

Does he think   that   not   has power  over him   anyone?  

a shining light,   and the moon   a reflected light   and determined for it  phases,   that you may know   (the) number  

Except   his wife."   We have decreed  that she   (is) surely of   those who remain behind.  

and He (has) created   every   thing,   and determined it  (with) determination.  

and his family,   except   his wife;   We destined her  (to be) of   those who remained behind.  

That   make   full coats of mail   and measure precisely  [of]   the links (of armor),   and work  

in it   towns   visible.   And We determined  between them   the journey.   "Travel  

And the moon -   We have ordained for it  phases   until,   it returns  

above it   and He blessed   therein,   and determined  therein   its sustenance   in  

We   [We] have decreed  among you   the death   and not  

those who   (are) with you.   And Allah   determines  the night   and the day.   He knows  

Indeed, he   thought   and plotted. 

So may he be destroyed,   how   he plotted! 

Then   may he be destroyed,   how   he plotted! 

Crystal-clear   of   silver.   They will determine its  measure.  

From   a semen-drop   He created him,   then He proportioned him, 

And the One Who   measured  then guided,
