His wrath   from   the people   (who are) criminals." 

but they showed arrogance   and they were   a people,   criminal. 

Thus   We recompense   the people   (who are) criminals.

every   city   greatest   (of) its criminals,  so that they plot   therein.   And not

Prophet   an enemy,   among   the criminals.  But sufficient is   your Lord,   (as) a Guide
