then not   they   (will be) of   those who receive favor. 

disbelieved   and not   they   will be asked to make amends. 

their excuses   and not   they   will be allowed to make amends. 

(is) an abode   for them;   and if   they ask for favor,  then not   they   (will be) of  

from it   and not   they   will be asked to appease.
