رَفَعَ(n. ac. رَفْع) a. Raised, lifted, took up, carried; removed; hoisted reared; elevated, exalted. b. [acc. & Ila], Brought, summoned before ( the judge ). c. Put in the nominative. رَفُعَ(n. ac. رِفْعَة) a. Was high, exalted. b. [ n. ac. رَفَاْعَة], Was loudvoiced. رَفَّعَa. Raised, lifted &c. b. Went now fast, now slowly (ass). c. [ coll. ], Celebrated the carnival. رَاْفَعَ a. [acc. & Ila], Brought, summoned before ( the judge ). b. [acc. or Bi], Spared. تَرَفَّعَa. Exalted himself, behaved haughtily. تَرَاْفَعَa.
