ضَاعَ (ي)(n. ac. ضَيْع ضَيْعَة ضِيْع ضَيَاْع) a. Perished; became lost. b. Was neglected. ضَيَّعَa. Lost, mislaid. b. Wasted, squandered. c. Neglected; ruined. أَضْيَعَa. see II (a) (b), (c). d. Had large estates, had landed property. e. Perceived he had lost something. ضَيْعa. Loss. ضَيْعَة ( pl. a. reg. ضِيَع ضِيَاْع 23), Village, hamlet; estate, land; property. b.
