(of) spending."   And is   man   stingy. 

And not   (will) cover   their faces   dust  and not   humiliation.   Those  

Will cover them   darkness. 

the wealthy   according to his means   and upon   the poor  according to his means -   a provision   in a fair manner,  

(are) not extravagant   (are) not extravagant   and are not stingy   and are not stingy  but are   between   that -
