And (do) not   pursue  what   not   you have  

We gave   Musa   the Book   and We followed up  from   after him   with [the] Messengers.  

And We sent  on   their footsteps   Isa,  

Then   We sent  on   their footsteps   Our Messengers  

on   their footsteps   Our Messengers   and We followed  with Isa,   son   (of) Maryam,
