not   to be heard   and "Raina"   twisting  [with] their tongues   and defaming   [in]  

And indeed,   among them   surely (is) a group -   they distort  their tongues   in (reciting) the Book   so that you may think it  

When   you were running uphill   and not   casting a glance  on   anyone   while the Messenger  

lest   you deviate.   And if   you distort  or   refrain,   then indeed,  

for you   (the) Messenger   (of) Allah."   They turn aside  their heads   and you see them   turning away
