they are thrown   thereof   (in) a place   narrow  bound in chains,   they will call   there  

He lets him go astray   He makes   his breast   tight  and constricted   as though   he (were) climbing  

(of) what   is revealed   to you   and straitened  by it   your breast   because  

and (do) not   be   in   distress  for what   they plot.  

and not   be   in   distress  from what   they plot.  

availed   you   anything   and (was) straitened  for you   the earth   (in spite) of its vastness,  

were left behind,   until   when   (was) straitened  for them   the earth,   though
