Abbas - Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(He said: Go forth from hence, degraded) rebuked, (banished) far from good. (As for such of them) from the jinn and humans (as follow thee) obey you, (surely I will fill hell with all of you) of the disbelievers among the jinn and humans.
Said He, ‘Go forth from it, degraded (read madh’ūman) disgraced or despised, and banished, removed from mercy. As for those of them, of people, who follow you (la-man, ‘as for those who’: the lām is for inceptiveness; or it is for introducing the oath, which is [the following]) I shall assuredly fill Hell with all of you’, that is, with you, through your seed, and with people — herein [in this address] those present have predominance over those absent (this [last] sentence [of the verse] expresses the sense of ‘the requital’ [suggested] in the conditional man, ‘who’: in other words, ‘whoever follows you, then I shall punish him’).
As for those of them, who follow you I shall assuredly fill Hell, [physical] nature, which is the lowest of the levels of existence, with all of you', veiled from the pleasure of eternal bliss and the tasting of timeless subsistence, [and from] spiritual perfections and the perfections that come from the Truth, chastised by the fires of privation from what is desired, in the fluctuations (inqilāb) of the world of contrareity and the turbulences (taqallubāt) of engendered being and corruption.
(Get out from this (Paradise), Madh'uman Madhura) "despised.'' `Ali bin Abi Talhah reported that Ibn `Abbas commented on,
اخْرُجْ مِنْهَا مَذْءُومًا مَّدْحُورًا
(Get out from this (Paradise), Madh'uman Madhura) 7:18 "Belittled and despised'', while As-Suddi commented, "Hateful and expelled.'' Qatadah commented, "Cursed and despised'', while Mujahid said, "Expelled and banished.'' Ar-Rabi` bin Anas said that `Madh'um' means banished, while, `Madhura' means belittled. Allah said,
((Allah) said: "Go, and whosoever of them follows you, surely, Hell will be the recompense of you (all) an ample recompense. And gradually delude those whom you can among them with your voice, make assaults on them with your cavalry and your infantry, share with them wealth and children, and make promises to them.'' But Shaytan promises them nothing but deceit. "Verily, My servants -- you have no authority over them. And All-Sufficient is your Lord as a Guardian.'') 17:63-65
